How to delete your Jao account

In the app: Settings → Danger zone → Delete account → confirm “DELETE”. This deletes your auth user, profile, entitlements, check-ins, and local hunt/bingo packs. The operation is permanent.

If you no longer have the app, email privacy@getjao.com from the address on the account with subject “Delete my account”. We delete within 30 days and confirm by email. For GDPR/DPDP requests, include “DPDP/GDPR deletion” in the subject.
